Q5. How often should I replace the bucket?

Ans.: Depending on the using, cleaning and maintenance frequencies, the bucket will last between 4-12 weeks before needing replacement. *The Halo standard kit comes with a quartz and a ceramic bucket.

Q6. Why is my Halo blinking 3 times when heating it up?

Ans.: The 3 times blinking when trying to heat the device up indicates a short ciruit or reading failure of the atomizer. Please clean and dry up the screw thread (where the atomizer is screwed on to) and around as well as inside the chamber of the atomizer. (Any water/oil residues could cause a short circuit and contact issue). *The screw thread and around shall be cleaned by cotton swabs or equivalent (Dont use any solvent in case of a short circuit). Then screw the atomizer back and see how it works. If still the problem remains, please change a new atomizer which shall fix the issue.
