I did alot of research before getting my 1st rig and when I found this halo v2 kit is a way to start off my journey with, everything I want was in this rig. Big clouds, full flavor, smooth hits .. this is a smart rig so it’ll shut off when it needs. I tried to clean a atomizer and I didn’t dry it all the way I put it on the device tried to activate it it automatically shuts off so it has good smart safety features..I hope there can be a carry case for this but a pelican carry case would do good… i usually clean it lightly after 2-3 hits so i can have it good at all times that’s me . This box kit is great to get so you don’t have to purchase everything in the kit individually saves time

Great quality products, for my first E Rig ibe been doin old school dabbing torch and nail but iwant better hits so i decided to buy one for my birthday so far it rips nicely smoothly you get good hits. Defi ately reccomend for new users

I’ve researched a lot of e rigs before I chose the VLab Halo, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The over all product is absolutely amazing and the price point makes it even better! My Halo decided it didn’t want to charge anymore after only having it under 2 weeks. I contacted CS via email and they got right back to me! They helped me troubleshoot it and when all else failed, they happily sent me a new one! It was the CS I’ve ever received! So, if you’re thinking of getting this, JUST BUY IT!! You won’t regret it!

I keep finding more reasons to conclude that VLab and the Halo erig, while maybe not the fanciest option and maybe it lacks certain features or functions, but when it comes to the basic experience on what it does offer and do, it does what it does as well as any erig out there. At half the price of most of the competition.

I was a believer in the brand and product completely but then the day came that my original of the 2 Halo's I had purchased stopped working and was determined to be an issue with the battery. Oh no I thought, I'm out one of my units, I'll have to buya replacement. But then I read the rest of the message which was asking if a different color was acceptable because black was in short supply. the message was telling me they were working on sending a replacement, to which I replied that either Purple or white would be fine! VLab's support is AMAZING LIGHT-YEARS better than support from that other erig manufacturer from LA... PC has nothing on VLab as far as customer service goes. VLab Support ROCKS!! I've not had one support engagement with that LA company that did not leave me outraged at their lack of customer service or support. VLab won my loyalty and business. I can't wait till they catch up on features and things but, as long as they continue to practice that time honored tradition customer care and support. I can only say I'm a VLAB Halo customer for life. Because VLAB Customer Service ROCKS!!!!
